- cozy sofa corner with fireplace inside
- two terraces / balconies on the first and second floor, roof terrace even with sea view

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (filter machine Nescafé Dolce Gusto)
- all kitchen utensils such as pans, pots, dishes, etc.
- Dishcloths, sponges and dishwashing liquid are usually available in sufficient quantities
- Second refrigerator in the garage; can be connected and used additionally, e.g. for drinks, if required
- Beer dispensing system for draft beer in the outdoor area; can be used upon request
- large electric pan (e.g. for paella or prawns)

- Stick vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, hand brush, etc.
- Towels, bath towels, bath mats, and towels with fold-overs for the sun loungers are available; you are welcome to use them, but they must be washed and returned to the closet before departure.
- Sufficient blankets, pillows, and bed linen for all bedrooms; the bed linen will be washed by the cleaning lady, laid out, and can be used if needed.
- There is a (strong) hairdryer in all three bathrooms
- Washing machine and dryer in the garage; free to use

- TV in the living room and two bedrooms
- Weight bench on the second floor; can be placed on the terrace during your stay
- Reserve air bed with electric air pump for approximately 2 x 2 m sleeping alcove on the second floor (e.g. for 9 people; only by arrangement)

- It's important to us that smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is only permitted outdoors!
- As dog owners and animal lovers, we generally welcome pets. However, they are only permitted upon request.
- We want to maintain good neighborly relations, so please respect the usual quiet hours.
- We assume that you will treat the furniture etc. in the same way as you would your own property.
